Presentation guidelines
Conferences should normally facilitate interactions amongst participants, which is now a lot more
difficult since the conference will take place online.
We are doing our best to enable the interaction potential of our conference.
For this reason, we ask all authors to prepare an online presentation in such a way
that the scientific novelty, the research results are highlighted.
Also, concentrate on the computer science results in contrast to purely application oriented ones.
The guidelines for creating the presentation is as follows:
Authors need to create a pre-recorded video presentation with slides and voice recordings fit to
maximum 20 minutes. The video should be uploaded to YouTube with an Unlisted video privacy setting
(see this link).
Finally, the URL of the uploaded video should be sent to our email address:
cscs@inf.u-szeged.hu
using the subject "CSCS 2020 presentation link for paper XY". The deadline for sending us the link is
June 15, 2020.
The presentation can be deleted or made publicly accessible after the conference.
The video presentation URL will be linked in the program, and the conference participants
will be asked to view and possibly like them. The forum of each video will be used
to facilitate discussions and manage further questions for which the authors are asked to answer.
Session chairs will coordinate the forum of each paper presentation, and rate the presentations
and forum responses to be used for best paper selection.
Full papers
Selected papers will be invited to be submitted as full papers to a special issue of the Acta Cybernetica Journal.
