Accommodation for SSIP Participants

Accommodation for the duration of the Summer School will be provided in one of the University's dormitories. Depending on the room, the accommodation fee for the entire period of the School is 70-100 euros, or an equivalent amount in Hungarian forints, to be paid at the registration desk upon arrival. Those who need accommodation should indicate it in the registration form.

Due to sponsorship by the Eötvös Loránd University, the accommodation fee can be waived upon motivated request. Students coming from Central and East European countries, or other countries with similar or lower living standards, are encouraged to apply. Requests to waive the fee should be sent by email to the Local Organiser.

You are advised to pre-register as soon as possible. The number of participants will be limited. The Organisers cannot guarantee accommodation for those who register too late. July is high season, and Budapest is popular with tourists.
