General information
- About 20 rooms are available free of charge for out of town participants with NJSZT membership.
- Authors of accepted papers have priority.
- The rooms are equipped with 2 or 3 beds.
Single rooms
- Single rooms are available for a special price of 12.000 HUF/night. This price has to be paid by the participant.
- Only a limited number of single rooms are available.
- Guest(s) are accepted if they share a room with a registered participant. Note that this is subject to available places and that lunch and dinner have to be payed by the guest.
Prices
Participants who are not eligible for free accommodation may still use our reservation system to book 2 or 3 bed rooms at a special rate, but they have to pay their accommodation bill directly to the hotel.
The price of a room for 1 night including VAT, breakfast, and visitors' tax:
- For 1 person: 12.000 HUF
- For 2 persons: 17.440 HUF
- For 3 persons: 24.920 HUF
