Abstract:
A
description of the level/set deformable model, and its application
to segmentation of abdominal aortic aneurysm from CTA images. Four
different segmentation approaches are presented. Each of them tries
to solve specific problems of aortic wall segmentation (boundary
gaps) in a different way. Results of experiments on real patient
images are presented.
