	I am an assistant lecturer at the University of Szeged, Hungary. My research interests are machine learning and neural networks, especially in the context of biological problems. In recent years, I have experimented with different DNA representation formats to improve learner performance. In addition, the robustness, explainability and the behaviour with adversarial examples for DNA-protein binding site classifiers were in my focus.
