Abstract:
Fourier
transformation is one of the most important operations in image
processing. Tha aims of the talk are to give a short introduction to
the mathematical theory of the Fourier transformation and to show
some of its applications in image processing, for example, image
sampling, restoration, reconstruction, compression, and description.
